Most clients experience minimal discomfort. We use gentle dissolving solutions and careful techniques; you may feel mild sensitivity or cooling sensations. If irritation occurs, technicians pause and adjust the treatment to keep you comfortable.
Appointments typically last 15–30 minutes depending on adhesive strength and lash volume. A brief consultation and lash health check are included; stubborn adhesive or complications may require extra time to ensure safe, complete removal.
We usually recommend waiting 24–48 hours after removal to allow lashes to recover and any residue to clear. If your lashes are healthy and the technician approves, same-day reapplication may be possible in some cases.
Avoid wetting lashes for 24 hours, skip oil-based products and heavy eye makeup for at least 48 hours, and gently cleanse with recommended solutions. Use nourishing serums if advised and avoid rubbing to support recovery.
