Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, skip exfoliation for two days, then resume gentle exfoliation to prevent ingrown hairs; moisturize as recommended.

Book every four to six weeks for consistent smoothness; those with faster regrowth may prefer three- to four-week intervals. Over time, regular waxing can lengthen intervals as hair returns finer.
