Avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing and heavy exercise for 24 hours. Use gentle cleansers, fragrance-free moisturizers, and apply soothing aloe or anti-inflammatory creams to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.

Exfoliate gently after 48 hours, moisturize regularly, avoid shaving between waxes, and consider a gentle chemical exfoliant or professional treatment if you're prone to ingrowns. Regular waxing reduces risk over time.
