Get answers to common questions about Full Arms wax.
Most clients enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks after a Full Arms wax. Results vary with each person’s hair growth cycle, hormones, and maintenance routine; schedule based on regrowth and personal preference.
Some mild discomfort is normal, especially the first time, but it’s brief. We use warm wax, professional technique, and calming aftercare. Exfoliate beforehand and avoid caffeine to help reduce sensitivity.
Allow hair to be approximately a quarter inch long, exfoliate gently 24–48 hours prior, avoid retinoids and sunburn, and inform your therapist of any medications or skin conditions.
Shaving removes hair at the surface and can interfere with waxing results. Avoid shaving between appointments; if necessary, lightly trim only so future waxes can grip the hair properly.
Temporary redness, minor bumps, or sensitivity are common and usually subside within 24–48 hours. Severe reactions are rare—request a patch test if you have very sensitive skin or known product allergies.
Avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths, saunas, and heavy sweating for 24 hours after waxing to reduce irritation and risk of clogged pores. Light activities are generally fine once skin has calmed.
