Most clients see smooth results for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycle and individual hormones. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hair finer; factors like medications or hormones may shorten this time.

Sensitivity varies; many clients experience brief discomfort during hair removal, usually easing after the first strip. We use techniques, numbing products on request, and calming aftercare to minimize pain and ensure a comfortable experience.

For best results hair should be about ¼ to ½ inch (roughly 7–12 mm) so the wax can grip. If hair is too short it won't remove properly; if too long, we may trim slightly before waxing.

Avoid heavy creams, oils, sunburn, or exfoliation 24–48 hours before waxing. Clean, dry skin with no open wounds is ideal. Arrive in comfortable clothing and let us know about recent treatments or medications that affect skin sensitivity.

Generally waxing is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but sensitivity increases. We recommend consulting your doctor if you have high-risk pregnancy, varicose veins, or skin conditions. Inform the therapist so we can adjust pressure and technique for comfort and safety.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours; wear loose clothing and avoid sun exposure. Apply soothing aloe or recommended lotion, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, and keep the area clean to prevent ingrown hairs.
