Ensure hair is about a quarter-inch long (around 10–12 days growth). Avoid heavy deodorants, exfoliate 24–48 hours before, and skip caffeine to reduce sensitivity. If you have sunburn or irritated skin, reschedule your appointment.

Most clients feel a brief sting during removal but find it tolerable. We use techniques and pre-warmed wax to lessen discomfort. Regular waxing often becomes less painful as hair thins. Numbing creams are available on request.

Results usually last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles and lifestyle. Regular appointments can extend intervals by producing finer regrowth. Hormones, medications, and genetics also influence timing between visits.

We recommend waiting at least 6–12 hours before applying deodorant to reduce irritation. If needed, choose an alcohol-free, soothing formula. Apply only after the skin has cooled and redness has subsided to prevent stinging.

Common temporary effects include redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity. Rare risks are ingrown hairs, infection, or allergic reaction to wax. We follow strict hygiene, patch-test products, and provide aftercare to minimize risks.

Keep the area clean and avoid hot baths, heavy exercise, or tight clothing for 24 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free products and exfoliate lightly after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Apply soothing aloe or recommended post-wax lotion.
